Jacquie has a BBA from the University of Central Oklahoma, and MBA (Strategic Planning and Organizational Effectiveness) from the University of British Columbia, is a Results Certified Coach with the NeuroLeadership Institute, a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, and holds certifications from Genos International (Emotional Intelligence), the Academy of Brain-Based Leadership and the NeuroLeadership Institute.
